There are situations where Internet is not available on the computer that BLS-2024 is going to be used. While BLS-2024 is best used on a computer with Internet, it is not a requirement. The installer can be downloaded from any computer that has Internet access, then placed on a device, such as a USB Flash Drive so it can be transported to the computer the program will be used.
To transport the installer:
1.From a computer that has Internet, use your favorite web browser to download the installer. Follow the instructions here.
2.Insert the USB Flash Drive into your computer with Internet.
3.Open the folder that the BLS2024INSTALLER.EXE file that was saved from your web browser.
4.Copy the BLS2024INSTALLER.EXE file to the USB Flash Drive.
5.Remove the USB Flash Drive and take to the computer that BLS-2024 will be installed.
6.Insert the USB Flash Drive into the computer that BLS-2024 will be installed.
7.Locate the USB Flash Drive in Windows and locate the BLS2024INSTALLER.EXE file.
